Including 25 years as a portfolio manager, 17 years as a Head of Equities, and 12 years in Superannuation.
Simon also co-founded Playfair, an independent asset management business providing investment management and advisory services to Superannuation Funds and Investment Teams.
Simon’s career spans domestic and international portfolio management, external investment manager selection, asset allocation, sector research analysis and stakeholder engagement at senior levels.
Tanya’s career includes senior roles across SWF Portfolio Construction, Equity Portfolio Strategy, Microstrategy, Quantitative Portfolio Analysis, Macroeconomics, Risk Analysis, Investment Strategy Implementation, Data Development & Analysis, Property & Infrastructure.
These roles have spanned >30 years, including the Future Fund, TCorp, Macquarie Group, Credit Suisse & Deutsche Bank.
Tanya is currently an Independent Director of Lend Lease Real Estate Limited. She also serves as a Non-Executive Director of Peninsula Link Melbourne, Worsley Multi-Fuel Cogeneration Plant, the University of New South Wales Investment Committee and the board of JDRF - Improving lives, curing Type 1 Diabetes.
Andrew is one of the country’s preeminent participants in quantitative investment strategy. In his prior role as Executive Director & Head of Research, Andrew’s team helped build the highly respected Vinva IM from inception to over $30bn in long only & long short, local & global quant assets.
Previously, Andrew was HoR for Australian Equities at BGI.
Andrew has a PhD from LBS, is published in the Journal of Finance, Journal of Business & Journal of Portfolio Management. Andrew was awarded the University Medal in Actuarial Studies. Holds a Master of Quantitative Finance, is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries and a CFA.
Andrew is an Honorary Fellow in the finance faculty at the University of Technology Sydney.

Greg's 40 year career has spanned the full debt/equity spectrum and across multiple asset classes in Australia, US, Europe and Asia.
He is Director, Investments for a large Australia Family Office, with overall responsibility for portfolio construction, implementation and management of the Office's multi asset class investment portfolio.
Prior to this role, Greg worked at State Street Corporation for more than 20 years and most recently for Macquarie Group for 17 years. Among a number of roles, he was responsible for the development and delivery of an agency-based portfolio implementation capability used by sophisticated institutional Asset Owners to provide them with enhanced implementation capability to enable more efficient and effective portfolio construction and return capture.
Greg worked closely with Dan Pittorino in identifying the processes to enable Asset Owners to be able to manage private assets with a dexterity closer to that of other asset classes.
